Beyond professional and incredibly knowledgeable, it's easy to see that he lives and breathes health and fitness with passion. After three months of training with Ben twice a week I feel confident my training is up to a level I’m happy with and felt 100% encouraged and supported along the way. One of the most appealing things about Ben is that he has a Bachelor of Exercise Science degree, which proves he has put in years of hard work to have the brains and the brawn of an elite PT. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ben to help anyone to achieve their fitness goals.

I highly recommend Ben as a PT. He is professional and dedicated to his clients. I reached my goal in less than my designated time and most likely never would have, without him. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me. When I felt like giving up, he motivated me to not give in. When I believed I could not do more, he reminded me that I easily had it.

I had hardly ever done weight training before and was intimidated by it but Ben made me feel confident and comfortable. He brings out your inner champion and believes in you to make you keep going when the exercises get tough. Ben is a good listener when it comes to exercises that hurt specific areas and is always good with coming up with an alternative exercise. I am so glad I picked Ben as my trainer.

Dedicated and knowledgeable
One of my biggest challenges was the fear of other people around me at the Gym. I thought that they must be looking at my pitiful attempts and laughing at me. I would close my eyes while working out when I felt there were too many people around making me nervous. Ben noticed this and encouraged me, distracting me away from my anxiety with his voice. I would then concentrate on his voice telling me to breathe in, breath out, feel my limbs working etc. This has now become a part of my solo workouts, where in my mind I can hear Ben telling me I can do it and to make it count. I would also recommend Ben Lowry as a dedicated and knowledgeable trainer to work with.
