Spartacus Burn

Spartacus Burn is a circuit based session that facilitates energy expenditure after exercise (fat burn).
With military resistance style exercises and intensity, Spartacus Burn is designed for Excessive Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC).

Pyramid of Agamemnon

Pyramid of Agamemnon is a collection of sets of the same exercise that increase in repetitions and intensity.
This endurance busting session takes you to the top of the pyramid, before sending you back down leaving your heart rate elevated. Welcome to Agamemnon!

Hades HiiT

Hades HiiT brings you short, sharp intense periods of anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
It is designed to produce cardiovascular fatigue and increase your cardiovascular/lactate thresholds.
Hades HiiT will make you feel like you are in the underworld with the Greek God Hades.

Deltorian

A combination of strength and muscular endurance. Deltorian pushes you through repetition and time, super-setting your way through compound exercises to produce maximal energy expenditure and fat burn. Welcome to Deltorian!

Boxing

Boxing is a combination of high intensity interval training and boxing techniques with gloves and pads. This class is great fun and a great workout. You’ll learn boxing techniques, improve your hand-eye coordination, mental and physical agility.
